We are the professional manufacturer of polyester(staple) fiber industry company in China, our mainly products and provide both virgin and recycled fiber (including solid,hollow,hollow conjugated)and focus on providing customers with high quality products and services. Our factory was rebuilt in May 2020, which is located in Pujiang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Yiwu City, near the Ningbo port and Shanghai port.

We ensure consistency of quality such as whiteness and volume, crimp, elongation, silicon ratio etc... We follow high standards, proper monitoring and control of manufacturing processes and facilities.

Each lot is examined in the laboratory to test its toughness, elongation at break, and crimp per centimeter, thermal shrinkage, fiber length and other parameters.

Our export markets are mainly distributed in Northern Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Mid and south America.

We can provide recycled and virgin fiber from 0.3D-25D,meanwhile we both can support the fiber machine for open , hollow conjugated siliconized, hollow conjugated non siliconized, hollow fiber (non conjugate), hollow slick fiber, spinning fiber and solid fiber in different counts, colours and crimps to meet the needs and uses of its customers.

Our fibers are asking for OEKOTEX and GRS Certified.

We ensure quality consistency, such as whiteness and bulkiness, crimp, elongation, silicon ratio, etc…We follows high standards with proper monitoring and control of manufacturing processes and facilities.

Each lot is checked in laboratory to test its tenacity, elongation at break, crimps per cm. , thermal shrinkage, fibre length and other parameters.

Our polyester staple fiber is used as raw material for the production of several industrial applications such as polyester pillow filling, stuffed toys, cushion, comforters, sofa, mattress, bedding sheet, quilts, wadding, padding, non-woven, geo-textile, automotive, abrasive products for domestic and industrial use, yarn for textile flooring (carpets and moquette), shoes, special filters and much more.
